Who We Are

Hello, I’m Jeff! If you see a Jeep Wrangler with a fishing rod holder on top, driving around western Montana, that’s probably me. I hunt, fish and play golf as much as I can. I chase my kids from sport to sport as my other “full time job”. My wife of 12 years somehow keeps all of us pointed forward.

I also happen to be the owner of MontanaBahn Marketing; the combined group of Spiker Communications and OTF Marketing. I could tell you I’ve been in the Marketing industry for over 20 years, bought media, sold media, managed sales and creative staffs, created businesses, helped grow businesses and spent an inordinate amount of time making very technical marketing strategies digestible for business owners. But I won’t tell you that.

I’ll tell you my favorite part of this job is the people. There are lots of great ad agencies out there, but making a personal connection with clients and truly becoming part of their team is my commitment. Those are just words…let me prove it to you.

I’m Wanda, I have dedicated 35 years to my careers in marketing and accounting, it is my life’s work and passion. I have spent my life in this picturesque state of Montana and loved every minute of it.  Over the years, I’ve learned that life is a balance between hard work and taking the time to appreciate the simple pleasures that surround us.

Being close to nature rejuvenates my spirit – whether it’s tending to my gardens, hiking a rambling scenic trail, or simply spending quality time with my loved ones. My day can always be brightened by a beautiful flower, or the opportunity to help someone.

And I’m just going on record to say that my favorite kind of bears are the stuffed ones!

Kelsi Here! I was raised in Montana, however, my husband’s career as a pilot recently relocated us to Florida. I’m a Mama to 4, married 15 years to my high school sweetheart. Most evenings you can find our family on our bikes in some capacity, or swimming and grilling out back.  Recently, I’ve discovered a love for snorkeling, bodyboarding, and scouring the beach for the PERFECT shell.

I love helping people navigate the world of business through social media and other platforms. I have a passion for the art of content design, and LOVE working with our team to see a piece come together. I’m also a data enthusiast. My mind works in numbers, and I love analyzing data and insights to help shift and plan campaigns.

Hello, I’m Nate! Born and raised in Montana, I’ve always enjoyed the outdoors and the lifestyle that comes with it. If I’m not working, there’s a good chance you’ll find me hunting in the mountains, fishing a river, camping with my family, or spending time on a mountain bike trail. My wife Kayla and I love raising our family around adventure, community, and the kind of relationships that make Montana feel like home.

Before stepping into the marketing world, I spent years working in ministry, education, mechanics, maintenance, and leadership roles that taught me how to connect with people from all walks of life. Those experiences shaped the way I approach creative work today — with authenticity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

My passion is in video production and editing. I enjoy taking ideas, footage, and stories and turning them into polished content that connects with people and represents a brand well. From storytelling and pacing to audio, visuals, and final delivery, I enjoy the entire creative process and the challenge of bringing a vision to life through video.

At the end of the day, I believe the best content feels genuine. Whether I’m editing a promotional video, building a brand story, or helping create content that stands out, my goal is always to create something meaningful, professional, and impactful.

I’m Anita, a 35+ year resident of Montana and proud of it. I grew up in the relatively flat lands of Kansas so to this day I never take a mountain or clear mountain stream for granted. I love to do all things that a person can do outdoors, and I’ve been told that I just move from one season to the next – hiking, biking, gardening, boating, fishing and hunting…you get the idea.

My professional passion is making creative content happen for our clients. I take great pride in managing every detail of every project and making the best use of the available budget. I’ve been at this for a long time and I just don’t tire of diving in and making things happen. I love marketing and always have. Any authentic commercial about human acts of kindness or the loyalty of a dog makes me cry every time, but on the flip side my grandson says I laugh more than anyone he’s ever met…he’s currently the ripe old age of 12, so please take his accolade with a grain of salt.
